Work From Home: A Policy for Achieving Decent Work and Economic Growth as an SDG

The current study is a descriptive research that analyzes the impact of work-from-home policies on employees who worked during pandemic. This policy also followup to government’s efforts with business organizations achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs), primarily help health pillars, especially for security. authors used quantitative and qualitative design data were collected through interviews. Of 3205 bank employees, 50 interviewed. results indicated pros cons policy. Although had both positive negative feelings toward policy, they realized work target must be achieved. this can as reference in developing each company aims improve performance while protecting supporting security part Indonesian society.
